Couples/Marriage Therapy

A Place For Grace has a wide variety of female and male clinicians who are specialized in marriage/couples counseling. Marriage counseling and couples counseling can be paid for by some insurances or as a cash only service. Your very first assessment will be a mental health diagnosis in which you are by yourself, and then the following appointments will be with your spouse/partner. We would require you to fill out some paperwork and will need proof of insurance and some other personal information from you. Call us today to set up services!

Anger Management

A Place For Grace houses anger management classes for adults and teens presented by our NAMA Certified Anger Management Specialist, Sean Wilson. Sean is one of thirteen certified anger management specialists in Missouri. The anger management classes are available in group or individual counseling platforms.  This program meets the requirements of probation and parole, Children's Division, and court requirements for Missouri. This program averages six sessions and addresses all core program content.  When you complete your anger management program, a certificate or recommendation can be sent to a referring agency (one time) for no additional cost.

Family Therapy

Through compassionate listening and evidence-based techniques, our clinicians help families explore their strengths, identify patterns of interaction, and develop healthier ways of relating. We understand that every family is unique, which is why our therapy sessions are tailored to meet your specific needs and goals. We strive to foster a supportive environment where every family member feels valued and heard, paving the way for deeper connections and sustainable growth to meet your goals.

Services for the Armed Forces

Our association with the Fort Leonard Wood Military Installation is a matter of pride for us. Every year we provide services to a variety of military dependents and soldiers who are stationed at or are briefly visiting Fort Leonard Wood.

Our facility consists of three accredited clinicians authorized to provide services to military families based on insurance requirements. You will be glad to know that we have also partnered with Military One Source, a resource for those who are seeking services through therapeutic programs.
